SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All surfaces to be treated must be structurally sound, clean and free of dirt, grease or other surface contaminants. Holes/non-structural cracks should be filled. The surface should also be strong enough.
When the working temperature or the porosity of the substrate is high, please use water to wet the substrate first.
MIXING
Pour water in the mixing container first, and then add the Smoother while stirring with heavy duty drill until a non-slump mortar is obtained. give a lump free mortar. Mixed material should be used within 2 hours.

Powder: Water =20kg：7.4-7.8L
INSTALLATION
PD-Smoother is recommended to install in two coats. Apply the mixed material evenly with the flat trowel on the prepared substrate, from top to bottom, with the thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm for each coat to avoid sagging and cracking.
Allow the first coat to cure for about 12 hours, and then apply the second coat.
After the coat is dry, using sandpaper to polish the surface for a smooth and angular result.
The Smoother need to be water maintain for high surface strength.

LIMITATIONS
The product is intended for use at material and surface temperature 5-35℃
CLEAN-UP
Wash all equipment in water immediately after use.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
12 months (original sealed) in dry, clean, shady and cool place without ventilation.
SAFETY
Avoid breathing in powder.
Avoid contact of skin and eye.

If the product enters the eyes, wash with clean water and seek medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children.
